These terms govern your use of the Little Napper app for Android and the website at littlenapper.app(together, the "Service"), provided by RoMobileApps("we", "us"). By installing the app or using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Little Napper plays sounds intended to help babies and young children settle and sleep, offers a sleep timer, and lets you record your own sounds. It is free of charge and supported by advertising. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Not medical advice

The app and the articles on this website provide general information only. They are not medical advice and do not replace guidance from your paediatrician or another qualified health professional. Always follow safe sleep guidance from your national health authority. You are responsible for the volume at which sounds are played and for the placement of the device; we recommend keeping sound at or below 50 dB at the crib and the device at least 2 m (7 ft) away, in line with the American Academy of Pediatrics' guidance.

Your content

Recordings you make remain yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to record whatever you record. We never receive your recordings.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms. The bundled sounds, artwork and code are our property or that of our licensors and may not be extracted, redistributed or sold.

Advertising

The app shows advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Ad personalisation follows your choices in the consent form and in the app's privacy options. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the app; not to interfere with the Service or its advertising; and not to use the Service in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that a sound will play for the whole of a timer. Some devices stop background apps to save battery; we cannot guarantee playback on every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoMobileApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights in the EU.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
